By accessing or using SmarterStream, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

SmarterStream provides access to an internet-based streaming service. Service features, channel availability, and content may change over time without notice.

2. Your Account

• You are free to share or resell your access credentials.
• One stream is permitted at a time per account. Multi-connection family plans are available on request.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You are welcome to share or resell the service. You agree not to attempt to bypass technical protections and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction.

4. Payments

• All payments are made via PayPal in advance.
• There is no automatic renewal — you manually renew when your access expires.
• Prices may change; existing paid periods are always honored.

5. Trial, Pay-Later Period & Refunds

A 72-hour free trial is available without payment details. Every paid plan then starts with a 30-day use-first period: you pay nothing upfront and can cancel free of charge at any time during those 30 days, without giving a reason. After payment, you may still cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated refund of the unused days. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.98% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control (including upstream signal issues) may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Changes
