Every new customer can test the full service free for 72 hours. No credit card and no payment details are required. If the service is not for you, simply let the trial end — you will never be charged.
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day use-first period — the full 30 days, not a shortened trial. You get complete access from day one and pay nothing upfront. After 30 days, you pay for the plan only if you are completely satisfied.
During the 30-day period you can cancel at any time and owe nothing. Just send us one message — "I want to cancel" is enough. You never need to give us a reason. No forms, no retention scripts, no questions.
After your payment, you can still cancel whenever you want. We refund the unused portion of your plan — you only pay for the days you actually used. For example: pay for 12 months, cancel after 6, and roughly half comes back. Again, no reason required.
Approved refunds are issued within 12 hours via the original payment method (PayPal). Depending on PayPal and your bank, the money may take 1–5 business days to appear.
